Smoked Salmon Hors dOeuvres

  2. Lay smoked salmon flat on a clean surface (cutting board, plate).

  4. Place 1 piece of sliced and halved cucumber, 3-4 strands sliced red onion and 4-5 capers on one end of the smoked salmon piece.
  5. 3.
  6. Carefully roll salmon over cucumber/onion/capers and continue to roll up into a little wrap.
  7. 4.
  8. Secure with toothpick.
  9. 5.
  10. Repeat until you have as many appetizers as desired.
