Smoked Salmon Hors dOeuvres
- 10 pieces Smoked Salmon
- 1 Cucumber, Washed And Sliced Into Rounds (cut Each Round In Half; You Need The Same Number Of Halves As Number Of Salmon Slices)
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 cups Capers, Or As Desired
- 10 Toothpicks, For Assembly

- Lay smoked salmon flat on a clean surface (cutting board, plate).
- 2.
- Place 1 piece of sliced and halved cucumber, 3-4 strands sliced red onion and 4-5 capers on one end of the smoked salmon piece.
- 3.
- Carefully roll salmon over cucumber/onion/capers and continue to roll up into a little wrap.
- 4.
- Secure with toothpick.
- 5.
- Repeat until you have as many appetizers as desired.
