Greek Squash Recipe

  1. Slice squash into 5 inch lengths 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Saute/fry squash and garlic in oil in heavy skillet for 7-8 min till tender.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook 3 min, stirring frequently.
