Deliciously Healthy! Black Sesame Pudding
- 400 ml Milk
- 50 grams Sugar
- 25 grams Black sesame seeds
- 5 grams Gelatin
- 2 tbsp Water or hot water (for soaking the gelatin)
- Soak the gelatin in water or hot water.
- Grind the sesame seeds.
- Warm the milk in a pot and dissolve the sugar into it.
- Once dissolved, turn off the heat and mix in the gelatin and ground sesame seeds until the mixture has dissolved.
- Pour Step 2 into the containers.
- When the pudding has cooled, chill in the refrigerator.
- The pudding will be set in 2~3 hours.
