Deliciously Healthy! Black Sesame Pudding

  1. Soak the gelatin in water or hot water.
  2. Grind the sesame seeds.
  3. Warm the milk in a pot and dissolve the sugar into it.
  4. Once dissolved, turn off the heat and mix in the gelatin and ground sesame seeds until the mixture has dissolved.
  5. Pour Step 2 into the containers.
  6. When the pudding has cooled, chill in the refrigerator.
  7. The pudding will be set in 2~3 hours.
