Beef Tenderloin Recipe

  1. Trim fat and membrane from meat.
  2. Coat liberally with seasonings and pierce with a fork all over.
  3. Generously pat with butter.
  4. Start with cool oven.
  5. Put on 400 degrees.
  6. Place beef on broiling pan.
  7. Put in cool oven.
  8. When reaches 400 degrees cut back to 325 degrees for 35 min.
