Beef Tenderloin Recipe
- Whole beef tenderloin, room temperature
- Garlic salt
- Spice Island seasoned tenderizer
- Lawry's seasoned pepper
- butter
- Trim fat and membrane from meat.
- Coat liberally with seasonings and pierce with a fork all over.
- Generously pat with butter.
- Start with cool oven.
- Put on 400 degrees.
- Place beef on broiling pan.
- Put in cool oven.
- When reaches 400 degrees cut back to 325 degrees for 35 min.
