Mattie Crossley's Holiday Punch
- 4 cups boiling water
- 4 bags cinnamon tea
- 6 whole cloves
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 4 cups apple cider
- 4 cups ginger ale
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, or to taste
- Steep the tea bags in the boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Discard the bags and add the spices.
- Add the cranberry juice, cider, ginger ale, lemon juice and brown sugar.
