California King Salmon Quiche Recipe

  1. Layer potato slices in pie crust, then add in flaked salmon.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and pour carefully over pie.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees F for 25-30 min, or possibly till knife blade comes out clean.
  4. Serve at room temperature or possibly chilled.
  5. Suggested Wine: Chardonnay
