Spinach pie
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 2 box frozen spinach (10 ounces each), thawed thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 lb fresh mozarella, cut into small cubes, divided
- 1 tbsp butter
- Preheat oven to 350
- Use butter to grease 9 X 13" pan.
- In large bowl, whisk together milk, flour, eggs, and seasonings.
- Add spinach and 3/4 of cheese.
- Spread into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake 45 minutes or until golden.
