Easy High School Cafeteria Coleslaw

  1. Quarter and core the cabbage, slice/shred finely.
  2. Add to a large bowl..
  3. Add the salt, celery salt, pepper, and sugar and massage the mixture with your hands, vigorously, into the cabbage..
  4. Add the vinegar and oil and mix well.
  5. Let marinate for at least two to four hours in the fridge.
  6. Overnight is best.
