Mandarin Cake
- 4 large tangerines
- 250 grams almonds ground
- 225 grams powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 large mandarin oranges
- 6 large eggs
- Wash tangerine.
- Fully cook until soft.
- Completely soft about 2 hours (pressure cooker 1/2 to 1 hours).
- Tamp out the excess water from the mandarins.
- Robot Machine shredded but not completely, just into pieces.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour one round into form(28cm).
- Bake in a preheated oven( 180C).
