Mandarin Cake

  1. Wash tangerine.
  2. Fully cook until soft.
  3. Completely soft about 2 hours (pressure cooker 1/2 to 1 hours).
  4. Tamp out the excess water from the mandarins.
  5. Robot Machine shredded but not completely, just into pieces.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
  7. Pour one round into form(28cm).
  8. Bake in a preheated oven( 180C).
