Monterey Club
- 50 each boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Monterey seasoning
- 200 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
- 150 slices whole wheat bread slices, toasted
- 3-1/4 cups KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 17 each Medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- 100 each lettuce leaves
- Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through (170F).
- Cut each piece crosswise into 4 slices.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle Monterey seasoning onto bacon.
- Bake in a 350F-convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp; drain.
- For each serving: Spread each of 3 toast slices with 1 tsp.
- mayonnaise.
- Cover 1 of the toast slices with 2 chicken slices, 2 bacon slices, 1 tomato slice and 1 lettuce leaf; top with second toast slice.
- Repeat layers of chicken, bacon, tomato and lettuce; cover with remaining toast slice.
- Cut into quarters to serve.
- Serve immediately.
