Chicken With Broccoli Rabe, Tomatoes, And Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 425, with racks in the middle and lower trees.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of oil on a rimmed baking sheet and add chicken, skin side up.
  4. Bake on middle rack until chicken is cooked through, 45 to 50 minutes.
  5. After 25 minutes, toss broccoli rabe and garlic with 1 tablespoon oil on a rimmed baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place vegetables on the bottom rack and bake 15 minutes.
  7. Add beans, tomatoes, and almonds to sheet with the broccoli rabe and bake until the broccoli rabe is tender when pierced with a knife, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  8. To serve, divide the chicken and vegetables among four plates and drizzle with lemon juice.
