Canadian Cheese Fondue
- 1/2 cup condensed chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- Just follow our simple steps
- Mix 1/2 cup condensed chicken broth and 1/4 cup dry white wine in a large heavy saucepan.
- Bring to a boil on medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium.
- Add 2 cups shredded Cracker Barrel or P'tit Quebec Old Cheddar Cheese and 2 Tbsp.
- each Dijon mustard and corn starch; stir until well blended.
- Cook until cheese is completely melted and mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Pour into fondue pot.
- Serve with assorted dippers, such as bell pepper strips, crusty bread chunks, pretzels, apple wedges and/or broccoli florets.
