Canadian Cheese Fondue

  1. Just follow our simple steps
  2. Mix 1/2 cup condensed chicken broth and 1/4 cup dry white wine in a large heavy saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium.
  4. Add 2 cups shredded Cracker Barrel or P'tit Quebec Old Cheddar Cheese and 2 Tbsp.
  5. each Dijon mustard and corn starch; stir until well blended.
  6. Cook until cheese is completely melted and mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
  7. Pour into fondue pot.
  8. Serve with assorted dippers, such as bell pepper strips, crusty bread chunks, pretzels, apple wedges and/or broccoli florets.
