Low Carb Pizza Puffs

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place the pepperoni slices into the birthing of the mini-muffin cups or butter the cups well if you aren't using the pepperoni.
  3. Beat the cream cheese with a mixer untul smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, garlic, and oregano and beat until smooth.
  5. Mix the rest of ingredients by hand.
  6. Fill the muffin cups with the egg and cheese mixture.
  7. Fill the muffin cups with the egg and cheese mixture.
  8. Bake for about 15-18 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
