Easy Low Calorie Ice Cream Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs in large bowl.
  2. Mix lowfat milk, sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla till sugar dissolves.
  3. Combine with Large eggs, add in sweetened fruit, pour into ice cream churn.
  4. Freeze according to instructions on churn.
  5. Better if you let it stand for 1 hour.
  6. Yield: 4 qts.
  7. Regular Ice Cream: Use 2 (12 ounce.)
  8. cans evaporated lowfat milk, 2 c. sugar, whole lowfat milk, 1 Tbsp.
  9. vanilla and fruit.
