Easy Low Calorie Ice Cream Recipe
- 5 Large eggs
- 2 (12 ounce.) cans skimmed lowfat milk
- 4 tbsp. liquid artificial sweetener
- 3 c. low fat lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 4 c. fresh fruit (puree)
- Beat Large eggs in large bowl.
- Mix lowfat milk, sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla till sugar dissolves.
- Combine with Large eggs, add in sweetened fruit, pour into ice cream churn.
- Freeze according to instructions on churn.
- Better if you let it stand for 1 hour.
- Yield: 4 qts.
- Regular Ice Cream: Use 2 (12 ounce.)
- cans evaporated lowfat milk, 2 c. sugar, whole lowfat milk, 1 Tbsp.
- vanilla and fruit.
