Halibut Enchiladas

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place fish in single layer in shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake 25 min.
  4. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Flake fish; place in medium bowl.
  6. Stir in 1 cup cheese, sour cream, dressing, onions, 1/4 cup olives, chilies and seasoning mix.
  7. Spoon down centers of tortillas; roll up.
  8. Pour half the enchilada sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  9. Top with enchiladas, seam-sides down.
  10. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese.
  11. Bake 25 to 35 min.
  12. or until heated through.
  13. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and remaining olives.
