Smashed Peas and Mint Bruschetta

  3. Place the rounds on a baking sheet and broil them until theyre golden brown (about 1 1/2 minutes per side).

  5. Process the peas in a food processor until roughly chopped.
  6. Stir in the mint, oil, salt, and pepper.

  8. Spread the mixture on the rounds.
  9. Garnish the bruschetta with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
