Pasta E Piselli (Macaroni and Peas)

  1. Saute onion in oil until transparent.
  2. Add peas, liquid and seasonings and simmer for 5 minute.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta in 4 qts salted water until al dente and drain.
  4. Add pasta to pea mixture and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle with some grated Parmesian if desired.
  6. ENJOY!
