Easy Homemade Chili

  1. Puree the onion, bell pepper, and celery to a liquid-y mush.
  2. In a pot, cook the puree and ground meat together, mixing continuously while the meat cooks.
  3. When the meat is thoroughly cooked, add in the Rotel and diced tomatoes.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper, Tonys/season salt to taste.
  5. At this point it will pretty much be like spaghetti and meat sauce.
  6. Add the McCormick chili powder.
  7. (I have used other brands, and I find this is the one with the flavor i love the most!)
  8. You may need to add more salt, as the chili tends to leave a bitter taste.
  9. Season to taste and enjoy!
