Carrot Cake-Cream Cheese Spread

  1. Beat all ingredients on medium speed of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment until well blended.
  2. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  3. Serve as a spread for toasted bagels, French toast or waffles.
