Shortcut Pierogi Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic; cook 5 min.
  4. or until tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add Neufchatel and milk; mix well.
  7. Combine pierogies, ham and peas in 2-qt.
  8. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with sauce and shredded cheese.
  9. Bake 40 min.
  10. or until heated through.
