Yummy Yuca Salad with Crumbled Bacon

• 3 lb. yuca (cassava), peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 2/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1/2 cup chopped red onions
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
• 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

1. Cook yuca in boiling water in saucepan 25 to 30 min.
2. or until tender; drain.
3. Cool completely.
4. Mix remaining ingredients except bacon in large bowl until blended; stir in bacon.
5. Add yuca; mix lightly.
