Roasted Baby Potatoes With Rosemary-Buttermilk Dipping Sauce

• baby potatoes
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• buttermilk
• mayonnaise
• rosemary, fresh, chopped

1. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast until tender.
2. Combine buttermilk with mayonnaise and rosemary and season to taste.
3. Serve potatoes with the dipping sauce on the side.
