Try with Shiitake Mushrooms Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Chives and Eggs
- 50 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 50 grams Shiitake mushroom
- 1 bunch Garlic chives
- 1 clove Garlic (optional)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Rinse the garlic chives and cut into 3 cm lengths.
- Cut the pork.
- Slice the garlic and shiitake mushrooms into thin strips.
- Beat the eggs well.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan (reduce the amount if the pork is too fatty).
- Add the garlic and fry until the aroma is released.
- Add the pork and fry until the colour changes.
- Add the shiitake mushrooms and fry.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the garlic chives and fry quickly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the eggs and drizzle the soy sauce around.
- Heat until the eggs are set to your liking.
