Blueberry Crunch Recipe
- 2 c. All-Purpose Flour of 2 c. Graham Crackers Crumbs
- 2 stk Margarine, Melted
- 1 c. Minced Pecans
- 2 pkt (8-ounce) Cream Cheese
- 1 box Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 ct (16 ounce) of Whipped Topping
- 1 can Blueberry Pie Filling (Or possibly other Fruit Pie Filling)
- In a large bowl, Combine flour or possibly graham cracker crumbs, margarine and pecans.
- Spoon most of the mix into a 9 x 13-Inch baking dish, reserving several Tbsp.
- to even distribution.
- Press crust mix firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Bake in a pre-heated 350-F oven degree till light brown.
- (For graham cracker crumbs till crust feel slightly hard).
- Let cold.
- To prepare filling, combine ingredients in a large bowl.
- Blend well and spread over cooled crust.
- Top with 1-can of your favorite Pie filling-blueberry, cherry, strawberry, etc.
- Proportionately spread over top of filling.
- Chill and cut into squares.
- Variation: Bananas give the recipe a good flavor.
- Put a slice of bananas on top of cooled crust then continue to prepare as directed.
