Blueberry Crunch Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, Combine flour or possibly graham cracker crumbs, margarine and pecans.
  2. Spoon most of the mix into a 9 x 13-Inch baking dish, reserving several Tbsp.
  3. to even distribution.
  4. Press crust mix firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Bake in a pre-heated 350-F oven degree till light brown.
  6. (For graham cracker crumbs till crust feel slightly hard).
  7. Let cold.
  8. To prepare filling, combine ingredients in a large bowl.
  9. Blend well and spread over cooled crust.
  10. Top with 1-can of your favorite Pie filling-blueberry, cherry, strawberry, etc.
  11. Proportionately spread over top of filling.
  12. Chill and cut into squares.
  13. Variation: Bananas give the recipe a good flavor.
  14. Put a slice of bananas on top of cooled crust then continue to prepare as directed.
