Red Lentil and Hazelnut Balls

  1. Boil the lentils in salted water to desired mushyness.
  2. Blend with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor or by hand in a bowl.
  3. Form balls or patties, roll them in some extra ground hazelnuts, and fry or deep-fry them in oil until theyre golden brown.
