Apple Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 180F or Gas Mark 4
  2. Peel, core and slice the apples to 1-2cm thick (chunks if you desire)
  3. Place the apples in a saucepan with 50g sugar and 2tsp of water cook until apples go mushy then place into an ovenproof dish
  4. Put the remaining sugar, flour and butter into a mixing bowl using your hands mix until you get large crumbs sprinkle evenly onto the apples and place into the oven for 30mins
