Apricot Granola Bars Recipe
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Nature Valley granola
- 1/2 c. Cut up dry apricots
- 1/4 c. Flaked coconut
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a square pan (9 x 9 x 2-inch- es).
- Mix 1 c. flour, margarine and powdered sugar till flour is moistened.
- Press in pan.
- Bake 10 min.
- Beat Large eggs.
- Stir in remaining ingredients,.
- Spread over baked layer.
- Bake till golden, 25 to 30 min.
- Cold and cut into bars.
- (Makes 36 bars.)
