Eggnog Pie
- 2 Graham cracker pie shells
- 1 pkg. instant pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 container (12 oz.) whipped cream
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- pecans (optional)
- Make pudding according to package directions, except use 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of eggnog instead of 2 cups milk.
- Blend the pudding mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour half of the mixture into each pie shell.
- If desired, sprinkle with nuts.
- Cover and let chill for 1/2 hour at least.
