Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Boil chicken in dutch oven till done and then cut into cubes.
  2. Saute/fry celery and onion in a little butter till translucent/soft.
  3. Cook wild rice according to package directions using stock from cooked chicken instead of water.
  4. Mix chicken, celery and onion, rice, soup and lowfat sour cream together and pour into a greased 9X13" dish.
  5. You can top casserole with crushed potato chips, if you like.
  6. Bake at 350
