Pork & Veggie Stir-Fry Skillet
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into strips Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, snow peas), thawed, drained
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 1/3 cup PLANTERS Lightly Salted COCKTAIL Peanuts, chopped
- Stir-fry meat in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min.
- or until no longer pink.
- Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 min.
- or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Stir in dressing; stir-fry 2 min.
- or until sauce is slightly thickened.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
