Tropical Coleslaw

• 1 pkg. (450 g) coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
• 1 mango, peeled, chopped Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
• 1-1/2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
• 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
• 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• Zest and juice from 1 lime Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
2. Mix all remaining ingredients except cilantro.
3. Add to coleslaw; mix lightly.
4. Sprinkle with cilantro.
