Panko and Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
- 4 whole Tilapia Fillets
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1- 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil and spraying with olive oil Pam or other olive oil cooking spray.
- In a pie plate, beat the egg and milk together.
- In a separate pie plate, mix the bread crumbs, seasonings and parmesan together.
- Dip one fish fillet at a time into the egg mixture to coat and then coat with Panko mixture.
- Be sure to press the crumbs onto the fish to make sure it is well coated.
- Place each piece of fish on the prepared baking sheet.
- When all pieces of fish are coated, spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
