Pessy's Chocolate Chips Cookies

• 1/2 cup Canola Oil
• 1/2 cup White Sugar
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 1/2 cup Flour
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 cup Chocolate Chips

1. In a Bowl mix the oil with the white and the brown sugar.
2. After add the egg and the vanilla extract into the mixture.
3. Add the liquid mixture!
4. Mix it all until uniform then, add chocolate chips!
5. Leave the oven in medium temperature.
6. Make 2 bars !
7. Now, time to put in the oven... Look after 10-12 minutes
