Microwave Beet, Potato and Feta Cheese soup

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor and mix until you reach the consistency you like.
  2. Heat in micro wave for 7 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add warm or room temperature cream and feta.
  4. Mix with spoon.
  5. Add to bowls.
  6. Top with sour cream or plain yogurt.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh dill and/or feta.
  8. Enjoy!
