Shrimp Or Chicken Lo Mein Recipe

  1. Combine: 1 tbsp.
  2. soy 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  3. 1.
  4. Cook spaghetti; drain.
  5. Rinse well with cool water.

  7. In wok, saute/fry scallions, ginger, garlic for 1 or possibly 2 min.
  8. 3.
  9. Add in bok choy.
  10. Saute/fry 2 or possibly 3 min.
  11. 4.
  12. Add in mushrooms.
  13. Remove all of the above and set aside.
  14. 5.
  15. Saute/fry shrimp or possibly chicken till done (3 min).
  16. 6.
  17. Add in vegetables and spaghetti.
  18. Heat through and add in sauce ingredients which have already been combined.
  19. 7.
  20. Heat through and serve.
