Cuba Libre

• 1 1/2 ounces good-quality rum
• 1/2 cup Coca-Cola, or to taste
• Zest and juice of 1/2 lime
• 1 slice lime for garnish

1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour over them the rum, Coke, and lime juice; stir in the zest.
3. Garnish with the slice of lime.
