Queso Dip
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili
- 1 (32 ounce) bag tortilla chips
- Cut up cream cheese into small chunks and arrange on bottom of pie plate.
- Top with canned chili and then shredded cheese.
- Cook in microwave oven until heated through Serve with tortilla chips.
