Chinese Meatballs

  1. Mix together gr.
  2. beef, milk,bread crumbs,salt, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, and 1/4 teaspoons ginger.
  3. Form into 24 balls.
  4. Roll in flour mixture.
  5. Brown in skillet with 2 T. oil.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Saute pepper strips 5 minutes in skillet.
  8. Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, soy sauce,and brown sugar.
  9. Bring to boil, then simmer 5 minutes.
  10. Stir in cornstarch-water mixture.
  11. Cook and stir until thickened.
  12. Add meat balls and heat thoroughly.
