Bistro Salmon Steaks

  1. Mix cracker crumbs, parsley and butter until well blended; set aside.
  2. Arrange salmon steaks on 1 parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  3. (Or, use 1 half-sheet pan for trial recipe.)
  4. Top each steak with 1 Tbsp.
  5. of the bistro sauce; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
  6. of the crumb mixture.
  7. Bake at 400F for 14 to 16 minutes or until topping is golden brown and salmon flakes easily with fork.
