Bistro Salmon Steaks
- 1-1/4 cups crushed RITZ Crackers
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 24 each salmon steaks (8 oz. each)
- 1-1/2 cups GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce
- Mix cracker crumbs, parsley and butter until well blended; set aside.
- Arrange salmon steaks on 1 parchment-lined full sheet pan.
- (Or, use 1 half-sheet pan for trial recipe.)
- Top each steak with 1 Tbsp.
- of the bistro sauce; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
- of the crumb mixture.
- Bake at 400F for 14 to 16 minutes or until topping is golden brown and salmon flakes easily with fork.
