Chicken Tenders Recipe
- 5 whole boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch pcs
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix (made into crumbs), 1 pkg. makes 2 c. crumbs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon crushed basil
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Dip chicken pieces in melted butter.
- Roll in crumb mix.
- Place on baking sheet and freeze.
- Place frozen chicken tenders in freezer bags and store in freezer.
- To bake: Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
