Homemade hot fudge sauce

  1. In a sauce pan, bring cream, butter and corn syrup just to a boil over a medium heat.
  2. Continualy mixing.
  3. This should take about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove pan from heat and whisk in chocolate until melted.
  5. Serve over your favorite desserts.
  6. NOTE***cooled fudge sauce can be kept refrigerated in air tight container for 3 weeks.
  7. Reheat in microwave to a pouring consistancy.
