Ribeye With Fresh Tomato Salad

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, olives, basil and oil.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Prepare grill to medium heat.
  4. Season steaks with pepper to taste.
  5. Place steaks on the grill turning once, 7 - 15 minutes ( depending on thickness ) or until desired doneness is reached.
  6. ( 145 degrees for medium-rare:; 160 degrees for medium. )
  7. Remove from grill, season with salt to taste.
  8. Top steaks with tomato salad.
