Red and White Onion Relish

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium low and cook the onions for 15 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Place the relish in a covered container and let marinate, in the refrigerator, for 1 week.
  5. Store refrigerated in a covered container for up to 3 weeks.
