South-of-the-Border Burger

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix meat and seasonings; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Grill 4 to 6 min.
  4. on each side or until done (160F).
  5. Top with cheese; grill 1 min.
  6. or until melted.
  7. Meanwhile, place buns, cut-sides down, on grill; cook 1 to 2 min.
  8. or until lightly toasted.
  9. Fill buns with lettuce, cheeseburgers, sour cream and pico de gallo.
