South-of-the-Border Burger
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process Jalapeno American Cheese Slices
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. pico de gallo
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix meat and seasonings; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 4 to 6 min.
- on each side or until done (160F).
- Top with cheese; grill 1 min.
- or until melted.
- Meanwhile, place buns, cut-sides down, on grill; cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until lightly toasted.
- Fill buns with lettuce, cheeseburgers, sour cream and pico de gallo.
