Baby Arugula & Spinach Salad with Oriental Sesame Dressing

  1. For each serving: Place 1 cup (250 mL) each arugula and spinach on serving plate.
  2. Top with 1/2 egg (1 oz./30 g), 1 Tbsp.
  3. (15 mL) bacon, 1/4 cup (50 mL) oranges, 1/2 oz.
  4. (15 g) peppers and 2 Tbsp.
  5. (30 mL) won ton strips.
  6. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
  7. (45 mL) dressing.
