Baby Arugula & Spinach Salad with Oriental Sesame Dressing
- 12 qt. baby arugula
- 12 qt. baby spinach leaves
- 24 each hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 3 cups bacon bits
- 12 qt. canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 1-1/2 qt. red peppers, julienned
- 1-1/2 qt. won ton strips
- 2-1/4 qt. Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing
- For each serving: Place 1 cup (250 mL) each arugula and spinach on serving plate.
- Top with 1/2 egg (1 oz./30 g), 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) bacon, 1/4 cup (50 mL) oranges, 1/2 oz.
- (15 g) peppers and 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) won ton strips.
- Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
- (45 mL) dressing.
