Shortcut Skillet Frittata

  1. Heat oil in skillet, add potatoes and green pepper, cook for 5 minutes or until brown.
  2. Mix eggs and milk.
  3. Pour mixture evenly over potatoes and sprinkle with bacon.
  4. Cover.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Cook 8 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and cover.
  8. Heat until cheese is melted.
  9. Cut into wedges.
