Marinated Chuck Roast Recipe

  1. Sprinkle both sides of meat with pepper and tenderizer; lb.
  2. in.
  3. Mix marinade well by combining all other ingredients.
  4. Place roast in glass pan and your marinade over.
  5. Marinate at least 3 to 4 hrs (I usually do this first thing in the morning and let it sit all day).
  6. Spoon marinade over roast from time to time.
  7. Fire should be the hottest.
  8. Takes about 30 min for medium rare.
  9. Slice thinly.
