Turkey Divan Breakfast Strata

  1. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. Layer baking dish with bread cubes, mozzarella cheese, turkey, onion, sun-dried tomatoes and broccoli.
  3. Whisk eggs, half & half, mustard, salt and pepper together in bowl until well mixed.
  4. Pour egg mixture evenly over turkey mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  7. Heat oven to 325F.
  8. Bake, uncovered, 55-65 minutes or until set.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
