Filet Mignon With Mushroom Wine Sauce

  1. heat skillet with cooking spray.
  2. combine 1st 7 ingredients in bowl.
  3. put steaks and shrooms in heated skillet.
  4. cook for 5 minutes, turn and cook an additional 5 minutes.
  5. remove steaks and shrooms from pan.
  6. add marsala and the broth mixture.
  7. bring to a boil.
  8. add steaks and shrooms and let simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
