Bacon No Lettuce & Tomato Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Heat corn on the stove or in the microwave and drain excess water off.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese until combined.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add crumbled bacon, corn and mix.
  6. Add the colby jack cheese, green onions (save a few to top the dip for garnishment), tomato and mix.
  7. Pour into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbling.
  8. Top with remaining green onions.
  9. Serve with corn chips.
