Bacon No Lettuce & Tomato Dip
- 1 quart Frozen Corn
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 pounds Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Colby-jack Cheese
- 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onion
- 1 whole Tomato, Chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat corn on the stove or in the microwave and drain excess water off.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese until combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add crumbled bacon, corn and mix.
- Add the colby jack cheese, green onions (save a few to top the dip for garnishment), tomato and mix.
- Pour into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbling.
- Top with remaining green onions.
- Serve with corn chips.
